After the Peace: Walking Boldly in God's Plan

Dear Family,

Last week, we explored the life-changing journey of finding peace in God’s plan. That peace is powerful, it quiets our fears, silences the chaos, and centers our souls. But once we find that peace, the question becomes: What’s next?

Peace is not the end of the journey—it’s the beginning of walking in bold obedience.

Peace Prepares Us for Purpose

When we’re finally still enough to hear God's voice, we can finally start to move in the direction He’s calling us. True peace doesn’t lead to complacency it creates clarity. It helps us recognize where God is leading and empowers us to follow without hesitation.

Think of peace as God’s green light, a sign that it’s time to take the next step.

From Peace to Progress

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

Peace gives us the confidence to step out even when the full picture isn’t clear. After peace comes purposeful action.

Ask yourself: What step is God calling me to take now that I’m no longer overwhelmed by fear?

Your Next Step Might Look Like:

  • Starting that idea or ministry God placed on your heart

  • Forgiving someone so you can truly move forward

  • Shifting your priorities to align with God’s timing

  • Embracing the process, even if it feels slow or uncertain

Reflect and Apply:

  1. Write down what peace in God’s plan has revealed to you. What have you seen more clearly?

  2. Pray for boldness to take your next step in faith.

  3. Encourage someone else who is still seeking peace—remind them that clarity will come.

You're Ready for the Next Step

Peace isn't passive. It's God's gift to help us step forward with courage, clarity, and confidence. You’ve found peace. Now walk boldly in your purpose.
